Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, production, and logistics, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client specifications.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of additional products or services.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and progress reports to clients and management.
  • Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all commitments are met on schedule.
  • Gather client feedback and relay insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to proactively address client needs.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management, client relations, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business development opportunities.
