Theyur Day-to-Day Will Include:
• Acting as the primary contact for client accounts calls, meetings, and daily updates
• Pitching services and negotiating terms to secure ongoing and new projects
• Preparing clear project briefs for creative, design, and digital teams
• Reviewing work internally before presenting to clients, ensuring it meets their expectations
• Managing project timelines, feedback loops, and deadlines for smooth delivery
• Tracking budgets and reporting on project progress to both clients and management
• Spotting opportunities to upsell or expand services while maintaining trust
• Maintaining detailed records of communication, approvals, and project files
• Building relationships that feel like partnerships, not just transactions
What You Should Bring:
• 2-3 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles in marketing or creative agencies is preferred
• A charismatic, engaging personality you re naturally talkative and persuasive
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence presenting services and ideas
• Clear communication and organizational skills to juggle multiple accounts
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and keep projects on track
• A client-first mindset with the judgment to protect the team s time and capacity
• Fluency in English and Kurdish/Arabic is required
