Reviewing all daily accounting entries entered into the accounting system and ensuring their correctness and conformity with supporting documents for guidance, by reviewing the trial balance periodically before executing the closing process.

• Ensuring the application of accounting standards to the daily entries entered before the 'Post' process.
• Ensuring the soft close of the general ledger (Soft Close) on a daily basis after the daily entry operations.
• Reviewing the bank balances and the monthly reconciliation memorandum and ensuring the data included in the reconciliation note matches the bank statements.
• Preparing monthly cash forecasts and estimates, taking into account the follow-up of accounts receivable (due to the company from customers) and accounts payable (due to suppliers by the company).
• Reviewing the calculation of salaries with the disbursements accountant and handing it over to the financial manager for approval.
• Preparing special financial settlements for closures/accrued expenses.
• Preparing special settlements for internal clearing accounts (related parties - sister companies).
• Following up and supervising the preparation of customer account statements from the Accounts Receivable Department and working on aging the debts.
• Following up and supervising the preparation of supplier account statements from the Accounts Payable Department and working on aging the payables.
• Preparing the requirements of the external financial audit for preparing the budgets (quarterly - semi-annual - annual - full financial year) and coordinating with the departments regarding everything related to it.
• Any other work assigned to him/her in light of the cost and operational requirements.
