Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Understand client objectives, business needs, and marketing goals
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnership development
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and target accounts
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Lead client pitches, presentations, and commercial discussions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients
- Upsell and cross-sell agency services to maximize account growth
Campaign Management
- Coordinate with creative, media, digital, and production teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
- Support clients with strategic marketing recommendations and solutions
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing innovations
- Identify opportunities for expanding services and improving client engagement
- Provide insights and recommendations to support business growth strategies
- Stay updated on digital marketing, branding, and advertising industry developments
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare account performance reports and revenue forecasts
- Maintain updated CRM records and sales pipelines
- Track campaign performance and client KPIs
- Provide regular business updates and strategic recommendations to management
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in marketing agencies, client relationship management, and B2B sales, with the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in account management within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency
- Strong sales and business development background is essential
- Proven track record in managing and growing client accounts
- Experience working with multinational or regional clients is highly preferred
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong commercial awareness and client-centric mindset
- Good command of English is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and project management tools
