Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand clients business needs and align solutions accordingly.
- Coordinate with technical, creative, and marketing teams to deliver on client expectations.
- Manage contracts, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and performance reviews to clients.
- Handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on client communications.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) in English.
- Client relationship management.
- Project coordination & time management.
- Data analysis and reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or related field (Master s preferred for senior roles).
Minimum 3 years of account management experience (preferably in the tech sector).
Proven record of managing enterprise or mid-sized clients.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
