Manage and nurture relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for marketing initiatives.

• Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns tailored to client objectives and the B2B architecture & medical sectors
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and editors to create engaging content (posts, videos, stories, reels).
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to communicate results and insights to clients.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional marketing services or solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools.
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client requests and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field within a marketing or advertising agency and Video editing experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced office environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
