Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive client retention and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling PVC compound products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and quality assurance, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for business development.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service in alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
  • Track account performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
  • Coordinate and participate in client meetings, site visits, and industry events as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the plastics or manufacturing industry.

  • Proven track record of managing and growing key client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of PVC compounds or related plastic products is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Experience working in an office-based environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
