Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand client goals, brand positioning, and marketing objectives.
  • Lead regular meetings and presentations with clients.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with client expectations.

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop monthly social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Build content calendars with clear KPIs and campaign goals.

Content & Production

  • Write or review engaging captions in Arabic & English.
  • Develop content ideas for Reels, TikTok, and short-form videos.
  • Create video script concepts for branded content.
  • Prepare clear briefs for designers, content creators, and video editors.
  • Participate in content shooting sessions when needed.

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor social media performance and analytics.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and insights for clients.
  • Suggest strategy improvements based on data and results.
  • Collaborate with media buyers to improve campaign performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proactive and organized Account Manager to manage client accounts and ensure the successful execution of social media and digital marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients, working closely with the creative, content, and media teams to deliver high-performing campaigns and content strategies.

  • 3 5 years experience in account management, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy and brand positioning.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong copywriting skills (Arabic is a must English is a plus).
  • Understanding of paid ads structure (Meta / TikTok).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Basic knowledge of performance marketing.
  • Experience in short-form video scripting.
  • Familiar with tools like Meta Business Suite, Notion, Trello, CapCut.
