Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Primary Point of Contact: Serving as the lead "face of the company" for all client matters, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved quickly.
Revenue Growth: Identifying opportunities for upselling (selling a higher-tier service) or cross-selling (selling related products) to meet specific sales quotas.
Relationship Building: Developing "trusted advisor" status with key stakeholders and executive sponsors on the client side.
Performance Tracking: Forecasting and tracking key account metrics, such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
Conflict Resolution: Acting as the first line of defense for client escalations, working with internal teams (like Logistics, IT, or Finance) to fix service gaps.
Reporting: Preparing regular reports on account status and health for the management team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree: A BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a field relevant to the specific industry.
CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM is now mandatory for most Cairo-based firms.
English Proficiency: High-level fluency in English (written and spoken) is critical, as many firms deal with regional (MEA) or international clients.
Negotiation: The ability to close contract renewals and agreements that maximize profit.
Adaptability: Especially in startups (common in Giza/New Cairo), the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
Presentation Skills: Comfortable pitching new strategies to a room full of client executives.
