Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met with excellence.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster trust and repeat business.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of comprehensive advertising and marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with internal creative, media, and strategy teams to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client goals.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to clients for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services to maximize client value.
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations.
Working Conditions:
- Location: On-site, 5th Settlement.
- Working days: Sunday to Thursday.
- Working hours: 10 AM 7 PM (including 1-hour break).
- Salary: Up to 20,000 EGP.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager.
- Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously with a high degree of professionalism.
- Previous experience in a marketing agency is a must.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- English proficiency (spoken & written).
- Strong understanding of advertising, digital marketing, and media planning principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client challenges.
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
