Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met with excellence.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster trust and repeat business.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of comprehensive advertising and marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, media, and strategy teams to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to clients for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services to maximize client value.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations.

Working Conditions:

  • Location: On-site, 5th Settlement.
  • Working days: Sunday to Thursday.
  • Working hours: 10 AM 7 PM (including 1-hour break).
  • Salary: Up to 20,000 EGP.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Previous experience in a marketing agency is a must.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • English proficiency (spoken & written).
  • Strong understanding of advertising, digital marketing, and media planning principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client challenges.
  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
