Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling automotive products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports on client activity and satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements in alignment with company policies.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to assess their evolving requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in account management, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP software. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced office environment.
