Short summary of the job: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced account manager to join our growing team. As an account manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Understand the needs of our clients and develop solutions that meet those needs.

  • Negotiate and close sales contracts.

  • Provide ongoing customer support.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.

Must Have
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of success in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
