Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, you'll get to:
- Serve as the primary client interface, managing governance, reporting, and strategic alignment
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of email operations, ensuring SLA, quality, and compliance adherence
- Analyze trends, risks, and performance metrics using Splunk-driven insights to guide decision-making
- Manage multi-vendor ecosystems and ensure alignment across global stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement industry best practices
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and email security standards
- Support business growth through solutioning, upsell opportunities, and thought leadership
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in email operations / Trust & Safety / SOC / security operations
- Must be open to working onsite (Cairo or Alexandria location)
- Deep expertise in SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email ecosystems
- Strong hands-on experience with Splunk
- Proven experience managing global clients and 24x7 operations
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
