Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Account Manager will be based in Mansoura and will be responsible for managing and growing Unyva s business with wholesalers and chain pharmacies across the Delta region. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, expanding distribution, driving sales growth, and ensuring smooth execution of trade activities.

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with wholesalers and chain pharmacies, acting as the main contact for inquiries, problem-solving, and support.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets, expand market coverage, and grow shelf share.
  • Negotiate contracts, trade terms, and promotional agreements to balance profitability with customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate product launches, promotions, and in-store visibility programs, ensuring smooth operations with logistics and supply chain.
  • Monitor sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends in the Delta, providing regular reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and the Sales Manager to ensure strong execution and business growth across the region.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5 10 years of experience in Sales/Key Account Management within FMCG or Pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong experience managing wholesalers and/or chain pharmacies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to drive sales and market growth.
  • Based in Mansoura or willing to relocate/travel extensively across the Delta.
