Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identifying and pursuing sales leads.
  • Achieve targets Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Pitching services and products.
  • Maintain a good relationship with current and potential customers.
  • Indoor-outdoor Meeting clients to discuss their advertising needs.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Presenting promotional ideas and quotations to clients.
  • Responding to clients requests. Managing the accounts budget and invoicing the client.
  • Managing all client's needs and meeting them through coordinating with all departments in the agency to maintain and ensure agency's vision and edge are delivered.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in Advertising Agency
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in account management, preferably within a creative agency, media production, or digital marketing environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and project management tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
