Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Social Media Account Manager to manage client accounts across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of social media strategies and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee clients social media accounts across various platforms
Communicate directly with clients to understand their goals and requirements
Prepare briefs and coordinate with content, design, and media buying teams
Monitor content creation, scheduling, and publishing
Review and approve content before posting
Handle client feedback, revisions, and approvals
Monitor comments and messages in coordination with the team
Prepare performance reports and analyze results
Ensure brand voice and visual consistency across all platforms
Coordinate with paid advertising teams when required
