Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities (B2B)
  • Present Bluemoon s services including digital marketing, branding, web development, SEO, CRM, and advertising solutions
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored strategies and solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with internal teams
  • Manage client accounts from onboarding to project delivery and renewal
  • Coordinate with creative, technical, and marketing teams to ensure timely execution
  • Monitor campaign performance and upsell or cross-sell relevant services
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Keep accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions
