Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities (B2B)
- Present Bluemoon s services including digital marketing, branding, web development, SEO, CRM, and advertising solutions
- Understand client needs and propose tailored strategies and solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with internal teams
- Manage client accounts from onboarding to project delivery and renewal
- Coordinate with creative, technical, and marketing teams to ensure timely execution
- Monitor campaign performance and upsell or cross-sell relevant services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Keep accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions
