Job Description:
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with partner restaurants and supermarkets on the platform. This role ensures that partners are satisfied, supported, and performing well, while identifying growth opportunities and resolving operational or commercial issues. The Account Manager acts as the main point of contact between the company and its partners, ensuring mutual success through data-driven decision-making and active collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned restaurant and grocery partners.
Build strong relationships with partner accounts, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and retention.
Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to improve order volume, visibility, and customer experience.
Analyze sales data and provide partners with insights and recommendations for growth (e.g., pricing, promotions, product assortment).
Coordinate with marketing to launch campaigns, offers, and activations for assigned accounts.
Track and follow up on collections, payments, and contractual obligations.
Handle partner inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating where needed.
Work closely with internal teams (operations, support, content, marketing) to ensure seamless account management.
Maintain accurate documentation and records in internal systems (CRM, dashboards, etc.).
Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase partner value on the platform.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in client-facing roles, preferably in food delivery apps.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret sales and operational data.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM or dashboard tools is a plus.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Optional/Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of the local F&B or grocery landscape.
Experience with promotions, product positioning, or partner marketing.
Understanding of commission structures and platform-based business models.
