Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage upselling and reselling of subscriptions (additional sales and renewals).

Monitor client satisfaction and strengthen relationships to build long-term partnerships.

Recommend product improvements based on client feedback.

Maintain accurate client records, tracking contract updates and renewals.

Conduct training sessions and deliver product demonstrations for clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Education:

  • Master s degree in Engineering or Business.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales.

  • Fluent in English and French (Spanish, Arabic, or Portuguese is a plus).

  • Previous experience in Project Management or B2B Sales is preferred

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
