Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a new business development role responsible for acquiring new logos, with a primary focus on driving the market adoption of the company's high-growth SaaS products and innovative digital platforms. The role involves managing the full sales cycle for these specific solutions, targeting new clients across enterprise and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop a pipeline of new business opportunities for the company's SaaS and platform-based venture products.
- Lead the full sales cycle for these solutions, from initial prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Execute product-led solution selling and digital sales motions to acquire new customers efficiently.
- Support the Senior AMs and bid teams with product-specific expertise and documentation for larger, integrated tenders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Ventures, Marketing) to refine go-to-market strategies and sales playbooks.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and assist in forecasting and reporting.
- Consistently achieve new business booking targets for the assigned product portfolio.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- 4 7 years of experience in new business development, account management, or client success roles, with a proven track record of acquiring new logos.
- Exposure to government tender or RFP processes is an advantage.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and coordination skills.
- Experience selling SaaS, product-led growth (PLG), or digital marketing solutions is highly desirable.
