Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will be part of our ambitious Quantitative Research team, managing clients across a variety of industries and research domains. As a key interface between the organization and our clients, the role includes client engagement, consultancy, study design and analysis, overseeing presentations and reports as well as managing a small team of Research Executives.
This is Cairo-based regional client servicing role where you will be empowered and accountable for successful delivery of client projects.
What you will be doing:
Account management & client servicing
Business development
End-to-end research project design and management
Quantitative analysis, insights, tracking, reporting
Team & people management
The skills & experience you ll need:
University Degree in a relevant field (Economics, Marketing, Psychology, Business Administration, or other).
Minimum of 4 years of experience managing and delivering high volume quantitative research studies to a variety of clients.
Experience with brand equity studies, segmentation, U&As, concept/product testing as well as consumer profiling.
People management experience.
