Roles & Responsibilities

Sales /Business Development / Account management

 

  • Drive new business acquisition by actively hunting and developing relationships with international wholesale carriers, telecom operators, OTTs, and strategic partners to generate revenue growth.

  • Identify, negotiate, and close new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing strategic accounts.

  • Execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for assigned regions, products, and customer segments.

  • Drive customer acquisition, onboarding, retention, and account expansion through strong commercial engagement.

  • Explore and develop bilateral business opportunities with global carrier partners.

  • Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and commercial engagements across assigned markets.

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking through CRM and internal reporting tools.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with pricing, product, operations, finance, and service delivery teams to support customer requirements and commercial initiatives.

  • Support commercial negotiations, customer onboarding, and contract discussions to ensure timely execution.

  • Prepare sales reports, business reviews, presentations, and management updates using Excel and PowerPoint.


UK Office Coordination & Administrative Support

  • Act as the primary point of coordination for the London office, ensuring effective day-to-day administrative management.

  • Support meeting coordination, visitor arrangements, courier/logistics coordination, and local office requirements where needed.

  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to support operational requirements related to the UK office.

  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and reporting in line with company requirements.

  • Provide occasional support for travel coordination, event planning, and local commercial activities.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in international wholesale telecom sales, carrier relations, or account management.

  • Strong understanding of telecom wholesale products including MPLS, IPLC, IP Transit, Capacity, DIA, or Data Center/Connectivity services.

  • Proven ability to build relationships and close commercial agreements with telecom operators, Hyperscalers and carrier partners.

  • Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a standalone office environment.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
