Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage our online accounts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
  • Handle incoming orders and oversee the shipping process across all online accounts.
  • Track account activities, respond to inquiries, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth operations and timely updates.
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance and activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • 1 2 years of experience in e-commerce or online account management (preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Candidates should preferably be an strong>October citizen/strong> or resident nearby.
