Account Receivable Accountant

This Role is responsible for managing collections, financial documentation, tax-related processes, and administrative financial operations related to real estate transactions and developer agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on collection of client and developer cheques.
• Track cheque status and ensure timely bank deposits (through company runner).
• Monitor returned or delayed payments and coordinate with concerned parties.
• Maintain accurate records for all collections and outstanding balances.
• Ensure all financial terms are properly documented and aligned with company policies.
• Archive and manage all contract documentation.
• Coordinate with the accounting team for accurate recording.
• Manage financial agreements and settlements with developers.
• Follow up on commission collections and payment schedules.
• Follow up on renewal of company official documents such as:
• Prepare periodic collection and receivable reports.
• Maintain organized financial and legal filing systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounts Receivable, or Real Estate Brokerage.
• Good knowledge of VAT and withholding tax.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good Excel skills.
• Experience in real estate brokerage is a plus.
