Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Search for new clients to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursue upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project delivery, ensuring client requirements are met on time and within budget.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable agreements while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to management on account performance and sales activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of proven experience in account sales, preferably within the print, marketing, advertising or related industries.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team .
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings as required.
