Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customer onboarding and track project timelines.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance service experience and ensure continued satisfaction.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates and address concerns proactively.
- Respond to inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist in identifying upselling opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and analyze feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in account management.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Basic project management knowledge and CRM proficiency.
