Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

� Bank Reconciliation

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations across multiple accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and internal records.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure timely adjustments and entries.

� Data Entry

  • Accurately enter financial and client data into accounting and CRM systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date and error-free records of transactions and customer information.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all financial data.

� KYC (Know Your Customer)

  • Conduct customer identification and verification processes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and validate customer documentation for onboarding and compliance checks.
  • Maintain and update KYC records and ensure timely periodic reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in account reconciliation, data entry, or KYC operations.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
  • Familiarity with KYC norms and financial compliance regulations.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
