Roles & Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Data Entry.
- Monthly closings.
- Stock Management.
- Purchasing Responsibility.
- Collaborate with Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting & administrative tasks.
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, organizing events.
- Preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Protects organization s value by keeping information discreet and confidential.
- Organize legal and official files.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Previous experience of general accounting & administrative work.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
