Roles & Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Data Entry.
  • Monthly closings.
  • Stock Management.
  • Purchasing Responsibility.
  • Collaborate with Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting & administrative tasks.
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, organizing events.
  • Preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Protects organization s value by keeping information discreet and confidential.
  • Organize legal and official files.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Previous experience of general accounting & administrative work.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
