Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and Quickbooks expense categorization.

Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Oversee administrative functions such as office management and procurement.

Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.

Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial forecasting.

Support the onboarding process for new employees and facilitate internal communications.

Organize and maintain confidential files, contracts, and documentation.

Liaise with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth office operations.

Monitor employee attendance and working hours

Review, track, and maintain employee timesheets

Track and manage employee vacation balances and leave requests

Support enforcement of office policies and internal procedures

Assist with onboarding and offboarding administrative processes

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in accounting or equivalent

Good English speaking and writing.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and office administration.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and accounting software.

Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and documentation.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Experience working in an office-based (on-site) environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
