Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Accountant Assistant is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports.

The role involves managing transactions, reconciling accounts, maintaining documentation, and providing administrative support to the finance department to ensure smooth and efficient financial processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

  • Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly closing reports
  • Record and reconcile daily transactions (invoices, receipts, payments)
  • Support in payroll processing and expense tracking
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation
  • Assist in audits and ensure compliance with financial policies
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager

Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
