Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform daily bookkeeping for Danish clients in accordance with Danish accounting standards and legislation

  • Record financial transactions including journal entries and ledger postings

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

  • Conduct bank and cash reconciliations

  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

  • Support preparation of documentation for audits

  • Handle VAT reporting and ensure compliance with Danish tax regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience in bookkeeping or accounting

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures

  • Experience working with accounting systems and strong MS Excel skills

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Currently residing in Dubai (mandatory requirement)

  • Strong communication and organizational abilities

  • Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines


Important

  • We work exclusively with Danish clients and Danish legislation

  • Training will be provided, but only to candidates who already have prior bookkeeping experience

Working Schedule

  • 6 working days per week (Monday to Saturday)

  • Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
