Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of bullion purchases, sales, and inventory.

Reconcile daily bullion transactions with physical stock and accounting records.

Monitor market rates and assist in pricing strategies for bullion products.

Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and ledgers related to bullion.

Ensure compliance with VAT and other applicable tax regulations.

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, procurement, warehouse) for bullion-related activities.

Liaise with banks and financial institutions for bullion financing and transactions.

Assist in audits and ensure proper documentation for bullion transactions.

Implement and maintain internal controls for bullion handling and accounting.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter or CMA preferred).

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in bullion operations.

Strong knowledge of bullion trading, accounting standards, and inventory systems.

Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in a gold, diamond, or jewelry company.

Familiarity with bullion vault operations and logistics.

Understanding of international bullion markets and hedging practices.
