Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Follow up on the status of cases inside the lab to ensure technicians meet deadlines.

  • Logistics Management: Direct and manage our delivery team to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs at clinics.
  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Coordinate business operations to ensure seamless workflow between departments within the dental laboratory.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports for management.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of dental materials and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Liaise with external vendors, clients, and service providers to facilitate smooth business operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting, business operations, or a related field.
  • Day / Night Shift ( Prefer Males ) - 6 Working Days.
  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Willingness to work on-site (office-based arrangement).

Desired Candidate Profile
