Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports to track financial performance against project plans.
- Process and review invoices, payments, and change orders, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and company policies.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly project cost reviews, identifying variances and providing recommendations for cost control.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction accounting, demonstrating a strong understanding of project costing.
- Demonstrates proficiency in construction accounting software (e.g., Procore, Viewpoint) and Microsoft Excel.
- Has a proven track record of managing project budgets, forecasts, and cost control effectively.
