Accountant General - Electronics Distribution Jackys Retail L.L.C

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in electronics distribution, consumer electronics, or FMCG promotional accounting, along with strong ERP and Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations
• Maintain and reconcile vendor and customer accounts, especially related to electronic product distribution
• Prepare and analyze promotional expenses, discounts, and marketing claim settlements
• Coordinate with sales, trade marketing, and commercial teams to validate promotional schemes
• Handle treasury functions including cash flow monitoring, bank reconciliations, and payment processing
• Prepare periodic MIS reports, financial schedules, and dashboards
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and internal accounting policies
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of accounting experience in electronics distribution or consumer electronics is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of trade promotions, claims, discounts, debit/credit notes
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
