Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage the general ledger, including journal entries and reconciliations, to maintain the integrity of financial data.
- Conduct regular audits of financial transactions to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs while optimizing investment opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a strong academic background in financial principles.
- Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are highly preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience in a corporate setting, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Experience in the manufacturing or service industry, demonstrating an understanding of sector-specific financial practices.
- Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills considered an asset for multinational operations.
