Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Process tenders and prepare quotations (costing/pricing).
- Conduct commercial reviews of tender documents and related materials.
- Analyze and evaluate tender documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Follow up on all tenders within the sales process using the CRM system to ensure documents are complete, updated, and all submission deadlines are met.
Proven experience in handling tenders and preparing quotations (costing/pricing).
- Strong commercial understanding of tender documents and processes.
- Excellent analytical, evaluation, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and ensure timely submissions via CRM systems.
- Fluency in German (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
