Position Overview
The Accountant (Insurance Management) will be responsible for managing all company insurance matters across Lebanon and European branches, ensuring proper coverage, compliance, and accurate reporting. This includes monitoring and renewing policies, reconciling premiums and payments, and coordinating with insurers, brokers, and external advisors. The Accountant will also prepare analyses of insurance costs, oversee claims, and ensure that all documentation is up to date and securely maintained. By working closely with the Chief Accountant and other departments, the role will contribute to effective risk management and financial oversight of the company s insurance portfolio.

Type: Full-time, On-site
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain all company insurance policies, including property, liability, health, vehicle, and other corporate coverages.
• Oversee policy renewals, amendments, and claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile insurance invoices, premiums, and payments with financial records.
• Coordinate with insurance providers, brokers, and legal teams locally and internationally.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations in Lebanon and across European jurisdictions.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and summaries related to insurance coverage, claims, and costs for management review.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all insurance contracts, renewals, and claims.
• Provide financial insight on risk exposure and insurance cost optimization.
• Support the Chief Accountant with related financial tasks and audits.
Qualifications
• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3 5 years of accounting or financial experience, preferably with insurance or risk management exposure.
• Solid knowledge of Lebanese accounting standards and European financial/insurance frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of accounting or ERP software preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
