Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations of interior fit-out and construction projects.
Track project expenses, supplier payments, and client payments.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, LPOs, receipts, and contracts.
Prepare project cost reports.
Coordinate with procurement and project management teams regarding material purchases and payment schedules.
Follow up on supplier balances and outstanding payments.
Prepare VAT reports and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
Maintain petty cash and company expense records.
Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts.
Assist with monthly financial reports and cash flow tracking.
Maintain organized accounting documentation for all projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in UAE.
Previous experience in interior fit-out, construction, or contracting companies is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of project costing and expense tracking.
Experience handling supplier payments, invoices, and reconciliations.
Good knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Candidates currently available in UAE will be preferred.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
