Role Description
- Manage and oversee the company s invoicing operations on a daily basis
- Prepare, issue, and process invoices with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Follow up on invoices, payments, and billing matters in a timely manner
- Ensure all invoicing records and documentation are properly maintained
- Coordinate with different departments regarding invoicing and payment follow-ups
- Resolve invoicing discrepancies and support smooth financial operations
- Assist in monthly closing and reporting activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in accounting
- Strong expertise in invoicing and billing is a must
- Candidate must be highly skilled and confident in handling invoicing operations independently
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
