Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Company’s finance department and related companies, including: Accounts payable and receivable General ledger entries Bank reconciliations Month-end and year-end closings 2. Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. 3. Reports: Process invoices, payments and expense reports for the Company and related entities. 4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, regulations and tax requirements for the Company and its affiliated companies. 5. Audit Support: Assist with annual audits by providing necessary documentation and reconciliations for all relevant entities. 6. Documentation: Maintain organized and accurate financial records, both physically and electronically, in accordance with UAE requirements. 7. Tax preparation: Prepare and file tax returns and other financial documents in compliance with relevant regulations. 8. Budgeting: Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Accounting Skills: Proficient in accounting software and financial management. Knowledge of IFRS and other accounting standards. Familiarity with tax regulations, including CT &VAT.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage both accounting and reception tasks effectively. Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Customer Service: Friendly and professional demeanor, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Tech Proficiency: Proficient in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint. Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to maintain accurate financial records Passion and desire to get things done. Openness to giving and receiving feedback. Spirit of teamwork
