Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all financial transactions for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare and analyze project cost reports, comparing actual costs to budgets and identifying variances.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and client billing for construction jobs.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, preparing financial statements and reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required, providing a strong foundation in financial principles.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction accounting or a similar role is essential for understanding industry nuances.

  • Experience within the construction industry is crucial, offering familiarity with project-based accounting.
