• Ensure financial processes and documentation meet international and local ISO standards for Quality Management Systems.

• Maintain compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and legal regulations in multiple jurisdictions.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash

Flow).

• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on costs, productivity, and margins to management.

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

• Supervise general ledger functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank

reconciliations.

• Oversee inventory costing, valuation, and reconciliations in coordination with warehouse/manufacturing

teams.

• Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency.

• Coordinate with external auditors, providing necessary schedules and supporting documentation.

• Manage tax filings, including VAT returns, corporate income tax, and withholding tax for regional

operations.

• Supervise, train, and develop junior accounting staff, reviewing their work for accuracy.

• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes through technology and better system

utilization.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally).

• Advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables).

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local taxation regulations.
