Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries
Handle daily bookkeeping, invoices, and expense entries
Assist in VAT documentation and basic VAT filing support
Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries
Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Coordinate with management and auditors when required
Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
CA (Inter / Final) or ACCA (Part Qualified / Qualified) is mandatory/preferred
Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience in UAE or GCC is required
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and VAT documentation
Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, ERP, etc.)
Ability to prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records
Good communication, organizational, and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
