Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accounting entry of daily operations (purchases, sales, treasury, banking).
  • Perform the lettering and bank reconciliation.
  • Follow up on customer and supplier payments, send reminders and update accounts.
  • Manage the invoicing, recording and archiving of accounting documents.
  • Prepare tax and social security declarations (TAP, VAT, IRG, CASNOS / CNAS** if applicable).
  • Good mastery of general accounting.
  • Knowledge of local accounting standards.
  • Mastery of accounting software (e.g., Sage, EBP, CIEL, or other depending on the company).
