Responsibilities:


Record daily transactions and maintain accurate general ledgers


Manage accounts payable and receivable cycles


Handle monthly bank reconciliations and closing processes


Monitor and track raw materials, inventory movement, and production costing


Analyze variances between planned and actual production costs


Coordinate with purchasing and operations for accurate cost allocation


Prepare detailed cost and margin reports across products and retail categories


Assist with POS integration, sales audits, and cash cycle control


Ensure compliance with tax regulations, payroll, and audit requirements


Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal control implementation


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance


Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting


Strong knowledge of accounting software and Excel


Previous experience in retail or production accounting is a plus


Analytical mindset and attention to detail


Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and supply chain teams
