Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Record and reconcile daily sales transactions from sales representatives.
Manage accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with sales and purchasing teams.
Process invoices, credit notes, and payments accurately and on time.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales financial reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Support internal and external audits related to sales operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
