Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular financial reports to project managers and senior leadership.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate allocation of costs and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.

Strong knowledge of various accounting software programs.

Solid experience in bank operations, especially letters of guarantee.

Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting.

Previous experience in construction companies is preferred.
