Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily accounting operations, including data entry, journal entries, and financial record keeping.
  • Support in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports under the supervision of senior accountants.
  • Help with account reconciliations, expense tracking, and verifying the accuracy of financial transactions.
  • Maintain organized documentation for invoices, receipts, and payment records to ensure accurate filing and easy retrieval.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist in monitoring company expenses and budgets to ensure proper financial control.
  • Stay updated with accounting standards and company policies to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of accounting software, reporting, and financial analysis.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a professional accounting environment.
  • Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
