Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger

  • Process and review purchasing transactions, supplier invoices, and customer billing
  • Handle sales delivered transactions and ensure accurate revenue recognition
  • Monitor and reconcile inventory movements, stock valuation, and costing
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly and annual statements
  • Ensure accurate VAT reporting, tax compliance, and financial reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate records in Odoo Accounting System
  • Support trading operations with financial insights and cost analysis
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams for data accuracy

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Odoo software experience is a MUST
  • Strong background in trading operations, including purchasing, invoicing, costing, inventory, and financial reporting
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
